Dental veneers allow us to accomplish the goal of shorter treatment time and quicker recovery that many of our patients have. Take, for example, someone who has mild malocclusion also known as crooked teeth. There are two options for this patient, the first being to go the traditional route and use braces or Invisalign®, which is an excellent way to correct crooked teeth. The downside is that when you pick this kind of treatment, you are looking at a minimum of 12 months of treatments, after which you will need to get your teeth whitening done so they are as white as they are straight.
On the other hand, we can use dental veneers to fix mild malocclusion and we can do your fitting on the second visit. Essentially, this eliminates the need for extensive treatment. Another advantage occurs when you use dental veneers by giving you whiter teeth. We can shade the dental veneers to match your current teeth or give you a brighter shade of veneer for a brighter smile.
